Individual reservation

These general conditions of sale apply to all reservations made by a customer subject to the specific conditions applied for certain prices.
These general conditions of sale are brought to the attention of the customer at the same time as the booking confirmation. Any reservation implies on the part of the client full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

The hotel reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions in the event of a reservation exceeding 4 rooms. (Same conditions if reservations are not made directly with the hotel but through sites like, expedia, …)
Unless otherwise stated, the prices indicated are VAT prices included per room and per night, for a determined number of people per room and for the chosen date. Breakfast and other services are charged per person per day.

The rates are calculated according to the VAT rates in force on the date of establishment of the offer, and are therefore liable to be adjusted without notice in the event of changes relating to VAT.
The tourist tax is 1.00 Euros per person per night from the age of 15. The latter is not included in the prices displayed and is payable locally on arrival or departure from the hotel. The hotel undertakes to repay all of these sums to the municipality.



All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number and expiration date.
Reservations are guaranteed for arrivals until 11 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. After 11 p.m., the hotel reserves the right to keep only guaranteed reservations for which the client has informed the hotel of his late arrival. In the absence of an event on the part of the client, the cancellation conditions will apply to the reservation.


Reservation conditions

A valid credit card number is requested when booking. A pre-authorization on the bank card provided is made at the time of booking for an amount corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation and returned on departure from the customer.
For non-refundable reservations
Please note that the credit card used for the reservation will be requested at check-in. A distance sale will be made for the total amount of the reservation, excluding tourist taxes which will be paid upon departure. The owner of this must be the person carrying out the registration.
If the reservation is paid for by your employer, please bring your company details, a photocopy of the credit card used when booking, a photocopy of the identity card of the manager of your company and a letter authorizing the hotel. to debit the credit card.


Terms of cancelation

Any cancellation of stay not reported at 12 noon less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to full invoicing of the amount of the first night as compensation.
Any no show at the hotel (no show) will be billed for the total amount of the reservation and will result, in the absence of a client event, in the automatic cancellation of the rest of the booked stay.
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing by the customer (email – mail – fax) to the hotel. The date of reception by the hotel of the modification or cancellation request is the date taken into account for the cancellation. Any request received will be subject to a written response from the hotel’s Reservations Department. For group bookings, the establishment reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions and all reservations must be submitted to the hotel directly.


Arrival departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest. Any room occupied after this time will be subject to additional invoicing.
Any missing and / or damaged object found in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel and not reported by the customer upon departure, will be billed and paid by direct debit from the customer’s credit card given as security. Any suspicion of smoke in the rooms will result in charges taken directly from the card provided during the reservation for an amount of 80 €.



After entering the management service and failing a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer can contact the Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose contact details and referral methods are available on his site:
