After 15 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, and business in general, today Camille has the opportunity to put her ideas and vision of hotel service into practice. Partnered with Mouss, a friend of the family for 20 years, they aim to revitalize this sumptuous building.

Magdid Benchater”Mouss”: Chef and Owner

Mouss has 30 years of experience behind him. He began with a creperie in Marines, Val-d’Oise, where crepes were already at that time, cooked with love and good quality. He then took over a traditional restaurant in the same town.
Just like Camille, he jumped at the opportunity. Together, they want to share their passion with their clientele…


 

Christophe Richaume: Restaurant Director

Christophe began in the restaurant business 35 years ago as an apprentice. He built up experience over the years and from high-class establishments for which he has worked.
An accomplished maître d’hôtel, he was offered a wonderful opportunity to become the restaurant manager of this promising establishment.
